In view of the vulnerable ecological environment in western Sichuan region,Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas Company puts forward the strategic target of green mining gas field in west Sichuan oil and gas,and it commits to form a complete set of technology development in oil and gas extraction process. The project focuses on the technology innovation in three aspects: reuse of fracturing flowback fluid,reuse of drilling fluid,and configuration of fracturing fluid and drilling fluid by formation water,and achieves remarkable social and economic benefits. Based on the analysis of internal and external environment of technological innovation in the Southwest Oil and Gas Company,this article reveals the essence of technological innovation in the Southwest Oil and Gas Company,illustrates that under the dual function of demand pull and technology push,the enterprise must adjust measures to local conditions,keep pace with the times,insist on the concept of innovation efficiency,and create appropriate institutional guarantee. And then,we can truly achieve the new ideas of green low- carbon and continuous innovation.
