There is new information about the mechanism of THz radiation of molecular emission and absorption spectrum (MEAS) of 150.176-150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide occurrence exposure. Organized experiments let us establish the fact that a normalizing effect of THz radiation on microvasculature perfusion and functional endothelium condition in male rats under the acute stress condition is not realized after using of nitrogen oxide synthase (NOS) L-NAME. This shows that endogenic nitrogen oxide and endothelial NOS takes part in mechanisms of potentiation of positive correcting effect of MEAS of 150.176-150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide occurrence on defected parameters of skin microvasculature perfusion, and functional endothelium condition in male rats under the acute immobilization stress condition.
