Mesenchymal stem cells have the ability to differentiate into various types of organic cell; therefore, the methods to grow the cells efficiently are widely investigated. In this work, we propose a mathematical model based population dynamics for investigating the effect of Moringa oleifera Lam. Leaves extract on porcine mesenchymal stem cells proliferation according to the experimental data. The results benefit to understand how the number of cells grows under the conditions of different type of extraction. Furthermore, it is possible to obtain the predicted data from the model instead of the experiment. Keywords— Mathematical model, mesenchymal stem cell, cell proliferation and Moringo oleifera Lam.
