The crystal structure of the title compound (1) has been determined [space group  P [unk],  a  = 9.229(3),  b  = 10.568(3),  c  = 11.672(4) Å,  α  = 116.69(2),  β  = 70.32(4),  γ  = 100.68(3)°,  z  = 2] and refined to  R  = 0.069 for 2939 unique observed reflections. The planar part of the molecules from stacks with an interplanar separation of 3.47 Å.
