Cross sections for ( n , 2 n ), ( n ,  p ), and ( n , α) reactions have been measured on gadolinium isotopes at the neutron energies from 13.5 to 14.8 MeV using the activation technique in combination with high-resolution gamma-ray spectroscopy. Neutrons were produced   via   the   3 H( d ,  n )  4 He reaction using solid TiT. The neutron fluences were determined using the monitor reactions   93 Nb( n , 2 n ) 92m Nb and   27 Al( n , α)  24 Na. The neutron energy in this measurement was determined by cross section ratios for the   90 Zr( n , 2 n ) 89m+g Zr and   93 Nb( n , 2 n ) 92m Nb reactions. Data are reported for the following reactions:   152 Gd( n , 2 n )  151 Gd,   154 Gd( n , 2 n )  153 Gd,   160 Gd( n , 2 n )  159 Gd,   156 Gd( n ,  p )  156 Eu,   157 Gd( n ,  p )  157 Eu,   158 Gd( n ,  p )  158 Eu, and   158 Gd( n , α)  155 Sm. The cross sections are discussed and compared with the experimental data found in the literature.
