By neutron activation measurement with a cadmium filter, using gold as a standard monitor, the thermal neutron cross sections and the resonance integrals of  184 Os,  190 Os,  192 Os,  64 Zn and  59 Co have been measured. A comparison technique was applied to measure, primarily, the effective cross sections. The thermal neutron cross sections and the resonance integrals were calculated from the knowledge of the cadmium ratio and the relative flux density of the epithermal neutrons at the irradiation site.
