In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die aktivierungsanalytische Bestimmung von Vanadium und Nickel in Aluminium beschrieben. Für beide Elemente werden Extraktionsmethoden angewendet, wobei das Vanadium aus salzsaurer Lösung als Cupferronat, das Nickel aus ammoniakalischer Lösung als Nickeldimethylglyoximat mit Chloroform extrahiert wird. Für die quantitative Bestimmung werden der 1,40- MeV-Peak von  52 V bzw. der 1,09-MeV-Peak von  65 Ni benützt.
