Im April des vergangenen Jahres wurden auf einem Workshop in Grenoble der Öffentlichkeit die Ergebnisse eines der ersten von der EG geförderten europäischen MikroelektronikVerbundprojekte abschließend vorgestellt. Aus diesem Anlaß und weil die GMD an dem CVT-Projekt mit einer kleinen Arbeitsgruppe beteiligt war, soll an dieser Stelle über das Ziel, den organisatorischen Aufbau, die Ergebnisse und insbesondere über den Beitrag der GMD berichtet werden.
