Purpose Evaluation of the technical performance, level of analytical sensitivity and specificity of IHC tests among the NordiQC participants for SATB2, identifying and characterizing colorectal carcinomas and neuroendocrine tumours in the diagnostic workup for carcinoma of unknown origin. Relevant clinical tissues, both normal and neoplastic, were selected displaying a broad spectrum of antigen densities for SATB2 (see below).
