Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (Cl 2 P=N) 3  reacts with dihydrazidothiophosphoric acid 0-phenylester C 6 H 5 O—P(=S)(NH—NH 2 ) 2  in THF in the presence of triethylamine at room temperature to give the spirocyclic title compound, whose constitution has been confirmed by MS, IR,  31 P NMR and elemental analysis.
