From aqueous HF solutions the following fluorooxo complexes have been crystallized and characterized: A I (NMe 4 ) 2 [V 3 O 3 F 12 ] (1), A I  = Na. K; K 2 (NMe 4 )[V 2 O 2 F 9 ]·H 2 O (2); Cs(NMe 4 )[V 2 O 2 F 8 (H 2 O)] (3) and NMe 4 [VOF 4 ] (4). The structures of 1 and 3 have been determined.
