Formulae which were derived in a preceeding publication are used to analize the electrical response to flashes of 10 μsec duration of the median, Fig. 3, and the lateral photoreceptors of the barnacle Balanus eburneus in the temperature ranges 3 - 5°, 12 - 14° and 20 - 22°C. The method of measuring nerve current extracellularly is applied and discussed.
