Unter quantitativer Trennung der Begriffe „Treffer“ und „Treffereignis“ wird ein Ansatz für die Gleichung der Dosis-Effekt-Kurve entwickelt, der die Ionisationsdichte von vornherein enthält und ohne weitere Zusatzannahmen für gegebene Werte der kritischen Trefferzahl und des Treffbereiches einen steileren Verlauf der Dosis-Effekt-Kurve bei abnehmender Ionisationsdichte liefert.
