In many applications statically calibrated mulicomponent sensors are used for measurement of dynamic quantities  Y.-K. Park, R. Kumme, and D.-I. Kang. Measurement Science and Technology , 13(8):1311–1318, 2002.   which causes severe deviations in measurement when the quantity to be measured has a frequency near or above resonance frequency of the transducer.  This paper describes the static calibration and a method for uncertainty analysis using the example of a six-component sensor for force and torque. Subsequently the dynamic calibration of such a sensor is discussed. Based on the results of the dynamic calibration an approach for evaluation of dynamic measurement uncertainty is applied.
