Sol-gel coating that is commonly used in photocatalyst immobilization has low binding capacity with supporting materials and low photocatalytic efficiency due to reduction of surface area of catalysts. In addition, the recombination of electrons and holes is an important reason of low efficiency in photocatalytic reaction. To solve such problems, our study devised a TiO 2  film using anodization under various electrolyte concentrations, current densities, and potentials. Also, microcurrent was provided to the TiO 2  coated titanium plate to enhance the photocatalytic reactivity. The property of TiO 2  film was researched with XRD, FE-SEM, and the decomposition of methylene blue. With the increase of electrolytes’ concentration and voltage, pore size, film thickness, and amount of rutile was increased. For anodized TiO 2  prepared under 0.25M H 2 SO 4 , 180V, and 110mA/cm 2 , maximum decomposition rate of methylene blue showed 85%. Moreover, addition of microcurrent to anodized TiO 2  increase the decomposition rate of methylene blue up to 5 times.
