Ozone and the other gaseous by-products generated from dry air by the trench type barrier discharge plasma reactor is experimentally investigated. The results show that N 2 O, NO 2  and CO are identified as stable discharge by-products from dry air beside ozone and their concentration can significantly depend on gas flow rate and applied voltage.
