Further,Γ′⁢(R)\Gamma^{\prime}(R)denotes the cozero-divisor graph of , is an undirected graph with vertex setZ⁢(R)′Z(R)^{\prime}, andw∉z⁢Rw\notin zRandz∉w⁢Rz\notin wRif and only if two distinct vertices  and  are adjacent, whereq⁢RqRis the ideal generated by the element  in . In this paper, we find the signless Laplacian eigenvalues of the graphsΓ′⁢(Zn)\Gamma^{\prime}(\mathbb{Z}_{n})forn=p1N⁢p2⁢p3n=p_{1}^{N}p_{2}p_{3}andp1N⁢p2M⁢p3p_{1}^{N}p_{2}^{M}p_{3}, wherep1,p2,p3p_{1},p_{2},p_{3}are distinct primes andN,MN,Mare positive integers. We also show that the cozero-divisor graphΓ′⁢(Zp1⁢p2)\Gamma^{\prime}(\mathbb{Z}_{p_{1}p_{2}})is a signless Laplacian integral.
