l 'D ie immunologische Identifizierung des Disk-Elektrophorese-Spektrums wurde mit monovalentem Antiserum direkt auf dem Poly1 acrylamidgel nach elektrophoretischer Trennung von normalem Humanserum durchgeführt. j Folgende Proteine können durch Präzipitation im Gel nachgewiesen werden: «rsaures Glykoprotein, Präalbumin, Albumin, <xr Antitrypsin, o^-Lipoprotein, Coeruloplasmin, Hämopexin. Transferrin, 0rC/A-Globulin, Haptoglobin, a2-Makroglobulin, /?-Lipoprotein, r IgA und IgG. arLipoprotein, Hämopexin, o^-Antitrypsin, IgG, IgA sowie das ocrsaurc Glykoprotein repräsentieren keine mit Amidoschwarz anfärbbaren Banden, da sich z. T. mehrere Proteinfraktionen überlagern.
