Ein neues Verfahren zur Darstellung von /^A/C-Globulin wird mitgeteilt. Die Reinigung des Proteins aus unvorbehandeltem Serum erfolgt an Hydroxylapatit-Säulen. yG-Globulin-Kontaminationen und Spuren anderer Proteine können durch anschließende Chromatographie anDEAE-Cellulose-Ionenaustauscher vollständig entfernt werden. Der hohe Reinheitsgrad derart isolierten /?]A/C-Globulins wird in Immunisierungsversuchen erwiesen, bei denen monovalente Antiseren gegen ßjA/C-Globulin erzielt wurden.
