Hintergrund:  Für die präklinische Evaluation von computerassistierten Eingriffen und die chirurgische Ausbildung unter realitätsnahen Bedingungen werden geeignete Simulationssysteme benötigt. Um objektive Aussagen über die Verletzungen von Risikostrukturen zu treffen, sind zweckmäßige Detektionsmechanismen erforderlich. Ziel der Arbeit war die technische Realisierung eines solchen anatomischen Simulationssystems am Beispiel des HNO-Eingriffs Mastoidektomie.
