冬 虫夏草 の エ タ ノー ル抽 出液は,背 部 を剃 毛 したC3Hマ ウ スの毛再 生(毛 母細胞 の 休止 期 か ら成長 期 へ の変換)を 促進 し,そ の促 進効 果は 抽出 物の濃 度 に依存 した.毛 再 生促進 効 果 は3g の冬 虫夏 草 を400mlの75%エ タノー ル溶液 で抽 出 した液 の100倍 希 釈液 におい て も認 め られた. また 上記C3Hマ ウスの系 を用 い て冬虫 夏草 抽 出液 と,従 来,毛 再生 に若 干 の効 あ りと して 用 い られ て い る諸 成分 を混合 した 溶液 二種 類 との比 較試 験 を行 った と ころ,抽 出 液 に認 め られ た 毛 再生促 進効 果 は,二 種 類の 混合 液 には認 め られ なか った.ま た,冬 虫 夏 草 抽 出 液 に 関す る変 異 原性試 験 ・急性 毒性 試験,お よび一 カ月 に わた る塗布 試験 を行 ったが,安 全 性 に問題 はなか った. 索 引 用 語:冬 虫夏 草,毛 再生 促進
