目的  总结胸椎结核经胸腔病灶清除植骨内固定的围手术期护理经验。方法  针对本院自2005—2011年的32例经胸腔病灶清除植骨内固定手术的胸椎结核患者制定全面的术前、术后护理计划并实施相应的护理总结围手术期护理经验。结果  本组患者均顺利度过围手术期无围手术期并发症随访18个月1224个月结核无复发。结论  全面合理的围手术期护理措施能够避免患者的并发症有利于患者早日康复。
