目的  探讨通过改进临床带教方式加强对传染科护生进行针刺伤职业防护培训的效果。方法  收集本科室2012年度178名护生中发生的17例针刺伤案例资料和采用有针对性的防范对策及职业防护培训后2013年度传染科护生针刺伤资料。结果  2012年度传染科护生针刺伤发生率为9.55%而2013年度传染科护生针刺伤发生率降至3.4%。结论  护生针刺伤发生率较高通过职业防护培训提高其防护意识同时规范各项护理技术操作可有效控制针刺伤的发生。

改进带教方式对预防传染科护生针刺伤发生的效果分析
