目的  对急性呼吸窘迫综合征acute respiratory distress syndromeARDS患者使用无创机械通气的护理体会进行探讨。方法  选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院呼吸重症监护室RICUrespiratory intensive care unit2014年1—6月间收治的ARDS患者67例使用无创呼吸机运用呼气末正压PEEP模式进行治疗持续使用时间>20h/d患者病情好转进行撤机。RICU采取无陪护管理实行限制性探视责任护士进行全程护理。结果  67例患者经过护理治愈46例68.7%好转18例26.9%未愈10例14.9%无效后进行气管插管术行有创通气未治7例10.5%。病愈率为68.7%护理总有效率为95.5%患者家属满意度为96.1%。结论  经过有效的护理ARDS患者使用无创呼吸机能有很好的效果为患者带来治愈的希望。
