目的  探讨糖尿病并发慢性骨髓炎的治疗方法。方法  研究组84例采用手术清除病灶一期植骨、术后局部三维定位放射治疗、局部引流抗生素液冲洗及全身应用抗生素等抗生素抑制疗法及免疫综合疗法等综合治疗方法对照组61例采用普通治疗方法均为慢性骨髓炎全部患有糖尿病均获16年随访平均51个月。结果  研究组84例临床治愈72例、3个月3年内复发12例5年治愈率达85.71。对照组61例临床治愈19例1个月3年内复发42例其中截肢35例5年治愈率达45.24。结论  采用综合治疗方法可在保留肢体的基础上明显提高糖尿病并发慢性骨髓炎的治愈率适于总结推广应用。
