Madurese cattle are known as germplasm that protected and maintained purity in the island Madura. Madurese cattle are crossbreed known as Madrasin cattle (Madura Limousin). The purpose of this study is to know the marketing of beef cattle based on Structure, Behavior and Market performance in Lobuk Village, Bluto Sub-District, Sumenep Regency. The sample in the study is 36 respondents from group members of farmers by simple random sampling and 3 respondents from marketing institutions using snowball sampling based on information from farmers. The data analysis method used for market structure is descriptive qualitative that is the number of market participants and the barrier to entry market and quantitative descriptive using Market Share and Hirschman Herfindahl (IHH) analysis. Market conduct with qualitative descriptive by knowing channel, institution and marketing functions. Market performance using Marketing Margin and Farmer's Share analysis. The results showed that 1. Market structure in beef cattle marketing in Lobuk Village leads to an imperfect competition market that was an oligopoly market. 2. Based on the analysis of market conduct indicates it is efficient because there are only two marketing channels and involves a marketing agency that is a trader. 3. For the market performance is efficient because the margin distribution is only accepted by the trader and the share received by farmers is quite large that is> 50 percent.
