The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of football game on technics skills of 19-23 year old boys in special education school.10 male students participated as volunteers in the study and these mentally disabled football players are from in Kayseri and aged between 19 and 23. Ten male students participated in the football game activity for 3 days a week and total 6 weeks as the experimental group.In the study volunteers performed the slalom with ball test, bouncing ball on the foot and kick to 16.5 meters. In the study, bouncing ball on the foot test were statistically significant (p 0.05). This result suggests that participation in football games positively affects some skill learning in the football.Extended English summary is in the end of Full Text PDF (TURKISH) file. OzetBu calismanin amaci, ozel egitim okullarinda egitim gormekte olan 19-23 yas erkek egitilebilir zihinsel engelli bireylerin, haftada 3 gun uygulanan futbol etkinliginin futbolda teknik becerilere etkisinin incelenmesi amaclanmistir.Calismaya, Kayseri’de ozel egitim kurumunda egitim goren egitilebilir zihinsel engelli, yaslari 19-23 arasinda degisen 10 erkek ogrenci gonullu olarak katilmistir.Katilimcilar 6 hafta boyunca haftada 3 gun futbol oyunu yapmislar 1. ve 6. hafta sonucu olcum degerleri karsilastirilmistir. Calismada bireylere, slalom testinde 16,5m alan icerisinde, aralarinda 1,5m aralik bulunan 10 tane engel aralarindan topla birlikte slalom seklinde gecmelri istendi. Top sektirme testinde capi 1.80cm olan alanda ayaklari uzerinde ucer hakkini kullanarak ve daire disina tasmadan top sektirmeleri istenen aday, kaleye sut testinde ise kaleyi karsi taraftan goren 16,5m uzakliktan kaleye istedikleri sekilde toplamda alti adet sut atisi uygulanmistir. Uygulanan bu testlerden top sektirme testi anlamli bulundu (p 0.05).Sonuc olarak,  futbol oyunu yapan egitilebilir zihinsel engelli bireylerin futbol oyunundaki teknik becerilerinden bazilari uzerine olumlu etkiler oldugu dusunulmektedir.
