Three-dimensional modelling is getting more and more important since especially in city centres various processes need to be organized in a structured way within limited space. The vertical separation, of processes, e. g., moving public transport below the ground level, makes room for new processes. However, a precondition for legally secure implementation is a three-dimensional documentation of rights, typically called 3D cadastre. The challenge during the setup of such a system is the initial documentation of existing rights because various vertically restricted rights have already been defined like rights to create a tunnel or condominium rights. This paper focuses on the second example and analyses the question, if “Parifizierungsspläne” can be used to model condominiums.
