Nowadays the increase of the researches in the universities which are computing and storing consuming causing the necessity of having a supercomputing infrastructure. This work aims to give a solution to the storage problems which arise in the different research groups of the university, implementing massive storage infrastructures which use a file system compatible with the EGEE middleware, taking advantage of the working nodes storage space left, which would offer a very low price solution. In addition, creating a cluster with fundamentals services for grid and thus integrate it to intercontinental infrastructure of EElA-2, establishing a platform for distributed computing and storage, for use by the scientific community of the Industrial University of Santander.
