Objective: To evaluate and carry out anthropometric follow-up of children of mothers with gestational diabetes. Barranquilla, from January 2015 to December 2016. Materials and methods: Descriptive longitudinal prospective study, in products from mothers with gestational diabetes, with follow-up in the Vida Saludable program, children up to 5 years of age; Sample was taken for convenience; evaluation is performed in three different sections, at 12 months, at 3 and 5 years of age; the results obtained in the first evaluation are presented.
