The former comprise mechanically scanned devices with a stationary laser spot and optically scanned devices with a moving laser spot, laser types (HeCd; argon-ion) including excimer lasers (Nd:YAG, Nd:YLF) associated with 3D photopolymerization tech niques and stereolithography software.
