This article reviews chosen factors occurred in the moment of positioning industrial robot in the desired position for finally position accuracy and repeatability. Measurement stand consist of industrial robot cooperate with displacement sensor. Measurement stand was built to evaluate measurement capability of geometrical features of real products. The measurement stand was made on Department of Production Engineering and Automation of ATH.
