The research had as objective a study to make known the actions of the educator inside non-school spaces, giving evidence to the business area, demystifying that it is restricted only to teaching, because due to his countless qualities he is extremely qualified to occupy functions within from any work institution, the company being no exception, since it is endowed with creativity, leadership and self-responsibility, and can then occupy a position in the Human Resources sector, being the manager's right arm, performing such functions with mastery. Our theoretical basis is from renowned authors such as Libâneo (2001), Holtz (2006), Ribeiro (2007), among several others who argue the role of the pedagogue within non-school institutions, saying that he only has to contribute to the company and its collaborators, performing in the employees an increasing advance in the professional and personal development taking them to fulfill the objectives of the company. In addition to the bibliographic research carried out, we used a qualitative interview, containing eight open questions so that the interviewee was comfortable, the same was done with businesswoman Amanda Cordeiro, who works in a company in the state of Alagoas, confirming in practice what we expose in the theoretical framework, such as the fact that the profession is still little known within society and the company. The businesswoman also owns a channel on Telegram, where several other business educators participate, who share their experiences and bibliographic knowledge, not forgetting Instagram, in which she shares business pedagogy content. We conclude then that this work is necessary to the extent that we are talking about a beautiful profession, which, however, still does not have due recognition by society and also by the company, with the dissemination of the theme being the key to change.
