Подводятся некоторые итоги работы органов прокуратуры по реализации нового направления деятельности — антикоррупционной экспертизы нормативных правовых актов и проектов таких актов. Проанализированы статистические сведения Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации, сделаны выводы о масштабности проведенной прокуратурой работы за последние 10 лет. Дан анализ действующего федерального законодательства, а также ведомственных правовых актов, в связи с этим выявлены проблемы правового и организационного характера в деятельности органов прокуратуры при взаимодействии с иными субъектами проведения антикоррупционной экспертизы. Внесены некоторые предложения по совершенствованию законодательства о прокуратуре, об антикоррупционной экспертизе, а также приказов Генерального прокурора РФ, регламентирующих порядок проведения экспертиз. Сделан вывод о возможности расширения полномочий прокуроров в части проведения данного рода экспертизы, необходимости устранения коллизий в законодательстве о прокуратуре и противодействии коррупции. The article summarizes some of the results of the work of the Prosecutor's bodies on the implementation of a new direction of activity — anti-corruption examination of normative legal acts and projects of such acts. The author analyzed the statistical data of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, made conclusions about the scale of the work carried out by the prosecutor's office for 10 years. The analysis of the current federal legislation and departmental legal acts, in this regard, identified the legal and organizational problems in the activities of prosecutors, in cooperation with other subjects of the anti-corruption expertise. As a result, proposals are made to improve the legislation on the prosecutor's office, on anti-corruption expertise, and on the orders of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for conducting expert examinations. The conclusion is made about the possibility to expand the powers of prosecutors in carrying out this type of examination and the need to eliminate conflicts in the legislation on prosecution and countering corruption.
