Рассматриваются вопросы методики расследования преступлений, связанных с причинением тяжкого вреда здоровью, в части разработки тактических рекомендаций по проведению следственных действий первоначального этапа расследования: осмотра места происшествия, допроса подозреваемого, потерпевшего, свидетелей. Разрабатываемые тактические рекомендации основываются на учете специфики складывающихся в ходе расследования случаев причинения тяжкого вреда здоровью типовых следственных ситуаций, следственных ситуаций, специфичных для производства анализируемых следственных действий. При определении наиболее эффективных тактических направлений производства следственных действий отмечается необходимость учета особенностей криминалистической характеристики преступлений, связанных с причинением тяжкого вреда здоровью, анализируются отдельные элементы криминалистической характеристики, их влияние на построение тактики производства отдельных следственных действий. Предлагаются тактические рекомендации, направленные на повышение эффективности проведения отдельных следственных действий. Ключевые слова: криминалистическая тактика, тактические приемы. The article raises the questions of the technique of investigation of the crimes connected with causing of grievous bodily harm, development of tactical recommendations on carrying out of investigatory actions at an initial stage of investigation: survey of a scene of crime, interrogation of the suspect, the victim, witnesses. The tactical recommendations being developed are based on taking into account the specifics of typical investigative situations of the cases of grievous bodily harm and investigative situations specific to the analysis of the investigative actions being analyzed. When determining the most effective tactical directions for the production of investigative actions, it is noted that it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of the criminalistic characterization of crimes associated with causing grievous bodily harm to health, analyze separate elements of the criminalistic characteristics and their influence on the tactics of the production of individual investigative actions. Tactical recommendations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of individual investigative actions.
