In this letter we theoretically investigate the formation of localizedtemporal dissipative structures, and their corresponding frequency combs indoubly resonant dispersive optical parametric oscillators. We derive a nonlocalmean field model, and show that domain wall locking allows for the formation ofstable coherent optical frequency combs.
