We studied optical response of microcavity non-equilibrium exciton-polaritonBose-Einstein condensate with saturable nonlinearity under simultaneousresonant and non-resonant pumping. We demonstrated the emergence ofmultistabile behavior due to the satutration of the excitonic absorbtion.Stable periodic Rabi- type oscillations of the excitonic and photoniccondensate components in the regime of the stationary pump and their transitionto the chaotic dynamics through the cascade of Hopf bifurcations by tuning ofthe electrical pump are revealed.
