We demonstrate a method to create arbitrary intensity distributions ofmultiple wavelengths of light, which can be useful for ultracold atomexperiments, by using regional phase-calculation algorithms to find a singlehologram which is illuminated with overlapped laser beams. The regionality ofthe algorithms is used to program spatially distinct features in the calculatedintensity distribution, which then overlap in the Fourier plane due to thedependence of diffraction angle on wavelength. This technique is easilyintegrated into cold atom experiments, requiring little optical access. Wedemonstrate the method and two possible experimental scenarios by generatinglight patterns with 670nm, 780nm and 1064nm laser light which are accurate tothe level of a few percent.
