Dynamic characteristics of hypersonic aircraft composite thin-walled structures subjected to thermal vibration are complex, and the dynamic characteristics of thin-walled structures can be evaluated by identifying the dynamic parameters of thin-walled structures under different loads. Based on manifold learning, a new method for identifying structural dynamic parameters is proposed for nonlinear structures subjected to thermal vibration. The method can identify the natural frequency, mode shape and damping ratio of the structure only from the response data. A combined Thermal-Vibratory Test system was established, and the thermal vibration tests of thin-walled C/SiC composite structures were performed at different temperatures. From tests, the kinetic parameters at different temperatures were obtained and the test response data set was obtained. The feasibility of the method is verified by comparing the recognition results of manifold learning method with the experimental results, and the evolution law of dynamic parameters with temperature for thin-walled C/SiC composite structures is obtained.
