This study aimed to investigate the organizational climate and its association with the personal and functional data of professionals from a network of pharmacies located in four cities in the countryside of Minas Gerais, Brazil. For thisreason, it has strategic value, since itpresents the formation of views on the reality of work that determine the actions, reactions and decisions of individuals, which may cause important impacts on organizations. The instrument of data collection – the Organizational Climate Scale (OCS), validated by Martins (2004) - offered a measurement tool that allowed studying the work environment. The OCS was applied to 158 employees of the network investigated, which stand for 79.0% of the total. It is a quantitative study of descriptive nature. Considering the analysis of the results for the five factors of organizational climate, it was found an intermediate situation between the agreement and disagreement with all the factors of the informants, since the scores obtained show a mean from 3.00 to 3.99, except for the cohesion among peers, whose value was 4.00, pointing to agreement. Nonetheless, the use of Friedman test confirms that the most evident factor of organizational climate concerns peer cohesion (4.00), followed by those related to organizational and management support (3.95) and physical comfort (3.85).
