1. トビイロウンカに対する有機酸の吸汁抑制作用を人工膜を用いた給与法により濃度-吸汁量曲線から解析した.有機酸としてはトビイロウンカの抵抗性原因物質とされている(E)-アコニット酸のほか(Z)-アコニット酸,シュウ酸を対象にそれぞれ遊離酸および水酸化カリウム(一部水酸化カルシウム)で中和した条件で解析した.遊離酸の場合も中和した場合もともに全般にシュウ酸の吸汁抑制作用がもっとも顕著であった.レーザー法でタイヌビエから採取した篩管液中の(E)-アコニット酸濃度は人工膜給与試験で得られた吸汁抑制発現濃度よりもいちじるしく低く,本物質をタイヌビエのトビイロウンカに対する抵抗性の原因物質とすることについては再検討の必要があると考えられた.2. 中和した(E)-アコニット酸,(Z)-アコニット酸では吸汁抑制作用発現濃度に近接して吸汁促進濃度域の存在が認められた.ツマグロヨコバイについて行った同様の試験でも類似の傾向が認められた.
