近年,ワ タア ブラム シで 有機 リン剤に 対す る感受 性低下が 顕 在化 してきたが(浜,1987;西 東,1989),合 成 ピレス ロイ ド剤 (合 ピレ剤)に 対す る感受性低下 はこれ まで知 られ ていなか った。 と ころが,1989年8月,静 岡県農業試験場 のキ クに発 生 した ワ タア ブラム シで合 ピレ剤に対す る感受性低下 の疑 われ る事例が 認め られた。 さらに同年10月,当 農業試験場 と隣接す る静岡県 農林短 期大学校のキ クで も同様の 事例が認め られ た。 そ こで, これ ら ワタア ブラム シ個体群の 薬剤感受性 を 調べた ところ,い ずれ も合 ピレ剤に 対する 著 しい 感受性低下 を 確認 したのでその 結果を 報告す る。 また,有 機 リン剤抵抗 性との 関連が示 唆 され て い る ア リエ ス テ ラ ー ゼ(SUN et al., 1987; TAKADA and MURAKAMI, 1988;西 東,1989)の 活性 について も調べたので,
