Binary and mixed ligand complexes of Zn(II) involvingamlodipine drug (A) as a primary ligandand some amino acids (L)as a secondary ligands are investigated.The acidity constants of the ligands were determined and used for determining the stability constants of the complexes formed in 80% (v/v) ethanol-water media under the experimental conditions at 25°C , I = 0.10 M (NaNO 3 )by using potentiometric technique.The potentiometric data were analysed using the computer program HYPERQUAD. The concentration distribution of the complexes in solution was evaluated.
