A SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell) shows the best performance among many sorts of energy converters. But it is consisted of ceramic materials, so everyone must unavoidably construct the fabricating processes choosing from narrow variation of manufacturing methods. I intend to employ a sintering method and to co-sinter some parts of a SOFC module simultaneously. To achieve these aims, everyone must solve some problems. One of them is a problem about adhesive characteristics between a fuel electrode and an interconnector. Another and most difficult problem is the high sintering temperature of the interconnect materials. But I successfully got the answers for these problems. They are mixing the materials for adhesive difficulty and using of the carbon powder with the nitrogen gas Purity≦99.99% for high sintering temperature of the interconnect materials. I report the technical details about these items in this paper.
