1. 緒言 多翼ファン, 通称シロッコファンは遠心型送風機の構造 で, 羽根枚数が 30枚以上, 前向きの翼を有するなどの特徴 を持つ. その大きさの割に高風量, 高圧であるため, 様々 な用途に用いられている. しかし, 前向き翼による無理な 圧力上昇により, 流れの急激な変化や圧力変動が生じ, 広 帯域騒音が支配的となることがある. 従来から流れの可視 化, 騒音原因の特定や形状変化による性能向上などが行わ れているが, 詳しい騒音発生メカニズムの解明は行われて いないのが現状である. 特に, 翼面上圧力変動と流れ場に ついての考察は十分行われているとはいえない. その理由 として, 高速で回転するファンの内部を実験によって測定 することは困難であることが挙げられる. 本研究では, 数 値解析を用いて内部流れを再現し, 内部流れの可視化, 周 波数解析によって騒音原因となる現象について調査した . 特に, スパン方向の渦構造の形態について考察を行った.
