Dissimilar material joints have singularities created by discontinuities in material properties across an interface. For this reason, it is difficult to predict accurate stress by using conventional FEM. There are several methods developed for calculating the intensity of singularities. A conservative integral by Stern et al. is one method that employs the Betti reciprocal principal to derive an integral for determining the intensity of singularities. In the present study, the intensity of singularities in three-material joints with 2-real singularities is analyzed by a conservative integral method. This type of singularities has some difficulties to separate the intensities of singularity from the distribution of stresses. The method employed here follows the direction of Banks-Sills and Sherer that one integral is calculated analytically and the other is calculated numerically (results from conventional FEM). In addition, the models with various element sizes and several integral areas are examined to study an influence of integration path on an accuracy of results. The results are compared with an enriched FEM and stress extrapolation.
