Por este motivo, surge la mediacion, como un proceso importante con el que lidiar con las partes afectadas, dar soluciones practicas y efectivas. Como trabajadores/as sociales siempre que tenemos al usuario/a delante es por una problematica. La mediacion es una via madura para promover el dialogo y la capacidad de realizacion que tienen las partes para encontrar una salida. A traves de una tercera persona neutral se interviene e intenta sacar partes positivas de un conflicto. EnglishIn our country, as in all over the world, there are a great amount of conflicts going on every day. These range from insignificant discussions to more critical situations. This is the reason for the existance of mediation, as an important process whith which to deal with the concerned parties, to give practical and efective solutions.As social workers, when we have a person in front of us it is always due to some problema. Meditation is a mature way to enhance dialogue and the potential capacity of these persons to find a way out. With the intervention of a third, and neutral, person, positive aspects can be extracted from the conflict.
