Person-centred care as an intervention model is frequently studied in social resources such as day centres and residential facilities but it has not often been explored in home care services. The aim of this research is to analyse the application of this model, by a group of assistants who take care of elderly people through a home care service, and to better understand the relationship between it and socio-occupational variables such as years of experience in the profession, hours worked, aspects related to burnout syndrome and organisational climate.
