espanolEl aporte teorico fundamental de este escrito se basa en una explicacion relacional de los primeros sintomas psicoticos. Por tanto, no se encontraran justificaciones biologicas que hablen de enfermedad y que acaben por aislar al individuo del lazo social. Entendemos que la persona sintomatica lanza un mensaje a toda la familia de su malestar (ya que solo a traves del sintoma puede transmitirlo). Esta dificultad para lograr una buena diferenciacion y mostrar el desacuerdo, sumandolo a las comunicaciones confusas, doble vinculares y a formas de apego pobres… son algunas de las caracteristicas repetitivas y constantes que aparecen en las familias en las que existe este fenomeno. A traves de un ejemplo practico, se representaran todas esas particularidades que inducen al "embrollo", familiar. EnglishThe fundamental theoretical contribution made by this paper is its relational approach to explaining early psychotic symptoms. This paper, therefore, does not include biological justifications that refer to "disease" and end up isolating the individual from the social fabric. We believe that a symptomatic person is sending a signal of distress to his/her family (since conveying it through symptoms is the only way that he/she is able to do it). This difficulty in achieving good differentiation and in showing disagreement, with the additional complication of confusing, double bind communication and poor attachment… are some of the repetitive and constant characteristics that appear in families in which this phenomenon exists. A practical example is used to represent all of these particularities that lead to family problems.
