espanolEn estos ultimos anos, los organos de gobierno de las diferentes comunidades autonomas han asumido las tutelas de personas adultas que, por diferentes causas, no tienen ningun familiar que pueda hacerse cargo de las mismas. Por ello analizamos primeramente la figura de la tutela desde la perspectiva del ambito legal. A continuacion se exponen dos ejemplos que dibujan el perfil de los usuarios tutelados por las administraciones publicas. Para finalizar se dara unas pinceladas sobre el estudio comparado sobre la tutela realizado en diferentes comunidades autonomas. EnglishIn recent years, the governing bodies of the autonomous communities have assumed the guardianship of adults who for various reasons have no relatives that can take care of them. First we analyze the figure of guardianship from the legal perspective. Then two common examples of adults under the care of the government are described. Finally, we present some aspects of a comparative study on guardianship in different regions.
